Chairperson's Word

The social organization working in the social development has various thoughts and areas.
Identifying the real problems and needs of the community and doing the activities accordingly
only helps in the community change is what we have experienced over the time. It is very
important to be analytical regarding the community where we are working and come up with a
clear strategy for bringing the desired change within a stipulated time.

It is the requirement of all the social organizations to bring changes in such thinking. Without any thought and goal, nothing is possible likewise everybody should realize the importance of farsightedness of organization and implement it in the behavior. With the changing context of the country, it is important to adjust the organizational policy and aspects too.

In the changing situation there should be a clear strategy for various activities on how to conduct, for whom and which process to be followed and also it needs a clear strategy, then only the organization can achieve its objectives. Keeping in view on those things, the strategic plan can lead the organization to which direction it should go.

The strategic plan helps the organization’s work in the coming days. I would like to thank organization executive committee, general members and staffs for the discussion for the future of the organization based on the reality. Similarly I am also grateful to all the partners and helping hands for helping in this strategic planning process. I am hopeful that this strategic planning will be the main pillar for execution of organizational activities.

सामाजिक विकासमा काम गर्न अग्रसर सामाजिक संस्थाका तमाम सोच र क्षेत्रहरू रहेका हुन्छन । आफूले काम गर्ने समुदायको वास्तविक समस्या पहिचान गरी कार्य गरेमा समुदायको परिवर्तन हुन सक्ने हाम्रो अनुभव रहेको छ । आफूले काम गर्ने समुदायको विश्लेषण गरी समुदायको परिवर्तन कति र कहिले सम्म गर्ने भन्ने स्पष्ट रणनीति हुन आवश्यक छ । यस्ता सोचमा परिवर्तन हुन सबै सामाजिक संस्थाको आजको अवश्यकता पनि रहेको छ ।

जसरी विना सोच र लक्ष्य विना कुनै काम संम्भव हुदैन त्यसैगरी संस्थाको पनि दुरदृष्टी हुनु पर्ने कुरा सबैले महसुस गरी सशक्त रूपमा व्यवहारमा लागू हुनु पर्छ । देशको वदलिदो परिस्थिती संगसंगै संस्थागत नीति र परिपाटीलाई समेत समायोजन गर्नु पर्ने हुन्छ । वदलिदो परिस्थिति अनुसार विभिन्न गतीविधिहरु कसरी संचालन गर्ने, कसका लागि कुन प्रक्रियाबाट कार्य संचालन गर्ने सवालमा स्पष्ट रणनीति किटान गर्नु पर्ने हुन्छ ,अनि मात्र संस्थाले आफ्नो उद्देश्य प्राप्त गर्न सक्दछ ।

यिनै कुरालाई मध्यनजर गरी अगामी दिनमा संस्था कुन दिशामा जाने हो भन्ने कुरा यस रणनैतीक योजनाले स्पष्ट बाटो कोरिदिएको छ । यो रणनीतिक योजनाबाट संस्थाले आगामी दिनमा गर्ने काम स्पष्ट पारेको छ । यहि वास्तविकताको आधारमा हाम्रो संस्थाको भविष्य के हो त भनेर व्यापक छलफलमा सहभागी हुनु भएका संस्थाका कार्यसमिती सदस्य, सधारण सदस्य तथा कर्मचारीहरूप्रति आभार व्यक्त गर्न चाहन्छौ साथै यो रणनीति योजना तर्जुमा प्रक्रियमा सहयोग गर्ने सबै साँझेदार तथा सहयोगी प्रति हामी कृतज्ञ छौ । मलाई आशा छ यो रणनीति योजना संस्थाको कार्य सञ्चालनको मुख्य आधार हुनेछ र यसले जिवन्तता पाउने छ ।

Guiding Principles

CEAD Nepal Doti is guided by the principal of non-discrimination at any kinds, our all programs are targeted toward the most vulnerable, disadvantage, excluded, indigenous, poor or marginalized people. We are guided to following mentioned guiding principles in implementation all projects/programmes of CEAD Nepal Doti.

Participatory: The organization includes its right holders in decision-making process. It ensures
meaningful participation of women and excluded communities in all decision making process

Cost effectiveness: The organization delivers its services with quality and rightly priced.
Human Dignity: The organizational and its member will demonstrate tolerance in one another, respect one another and upheld the right of the people to live in society with dignified human life.
Effectiveness in its programs: The organization will devise a mean to deliver its service effectively to its right holders.

Coordination: The inherent quality of the organization is coordination in between of different stake holders to achieve the goal, Brotherhood / Reciprocator: Unity in diversity furthermore living in harmony and peace with dignity is another aspect of brother hood.

Helpful: Extending supporting hand is another value of the organization.

Dignity of labor: Labor is the product that provides life. It should be dignified. Inclusiveness and Good governance: It indicates that people with different background, culture, cast and
class should be included in its program and in calculate the culture of inclusiveness. Transparency is a core value in dealing in every sector. Indoctrinate a culture of dealing to its staffs and members with people meticulously. Inclusion of key stakeholders in the process that ensures easy access dignified identity and meaningful representation.
